Krystal Tomlinson Carter helps people and organizations find the courage to perform at their highest level. Through The Success Farm Life Academy, she has empowered more than 700,000 people across 16 countries and 5 continents.
As the only female to hold the title of World Public Speaking Champion, an author, and courage coach, she turned a season of loss into a life of purpose.
The Journey
From Crisis to Championship
Krystal Tomlinson Carter is a high-impact motivational speaker, performance coach, and author who has dedicated her life to awakening the courage to be daring, dynamic, and deliberate.
From a troubled teenager transferred to 4 high schools — narrowly missing expulsion 3 times — Krystal became a 3-time World University Debater and the only female in the Caribbean to claim the title of Public Speaking Champion at the World Universities Debate Championships.
When the Covid-19 Pandemic cost her her job, her home, and her car — while facing bankruptcy — Krystal leveraged her marketing, self-management, and public speaking skills to rebuild, clear over US$50,000 in debt, and generate her first six figures as an entrepreneur.
Today, she serves multinational corporations, private sector companies, and government agencies across the Caribbean and North America as a keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, and workplace productivity trainer. Through her company, The Success Farm Life Academy, she engages a community of 3,000+ thrivers — women working for their wins — helping them overcome the fear of public speaking, increase emotional intelligence, and sharpen their time and task management skills.
Krystal is the author of Kill Fear: The Art of Courageous Living, included on the UWI 75th Anniversary Reading List, and has been ranked by Success Magazine as one of 125 Global Thought Leaders for 2022. She is a UWI Premier Award Recipient in Culture and Leadership, a Science of Happiness Certified coach from UC Berkeley, and a former Ms. Jamaica Festival Queen 2013.
